Order Placement and Checkout
If you place orders via our website, consider them final upon confirmation. We receive advanced full payments. We accept different payment methods mentioned on our website, such as (PayPal, Payoneer, ACH , Debit or credit cards, Zelle, Venmo, Cashapp.)
Processing Time
After artwork approval and payment confirmation, we start production. Production time varies with the type and quantity of the product. However, you can order us for urgent production at an additional cost.
Sample and color calibration:
Our focus is to provide precise color reproduction; however, slight variations may occur due to differences in printing processes. We ensure 90% color accuracy when working from the provided CMYK files. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for differences caused by RGB-to-CMYK conversion or low-resolution artwork provided by the client.
Client artwork
It is the customer's responsibility to provide us with print-ready artwork in CMYK format at 300 DPI. Otherwise, no one can complain about typographical errors, design inconsistencies, or alignment issues in the files provided.
Duplicates and Claims
If you find any print defects, damage, or missing items, you are required to report them within 3 business days. To get a reprint, 99% of the original order must be returned to us at the client’s cost. The time duration is 10 days to the original shipping address.
We authorize the return shipment before dispatching.
All rush charges and expedited costs are non-refundable.
Broken or Missing Packages
Clients need to check their packaging bags upon receipt and notify both Mylar Hub Packaging and the shipping carrier of any damages within 90 business days. There is no liability on our part for the losses caused by the third party. Providing an incorrect shipping address may result in extra charges.
Processing sites
Our manufacturing sites work worldwide. Our base in Asia enables us to provide durability and quality in our products without affecting timelines. Your product will be delivered to you carefully with no hidden charges.
Liability disclaimer
At Mylar Hub, we are not responsible for:
- Typographical mistakes
- Formatting flaws
- Crease Issues
- Printing overlap problems
- Minor dimensional issues
- Slight quantity variations that are allowable by the print industry (up to 5%)
HD-files
We provide low-resolution files by default. If you need high-resolution files, please contact us for the price.
