Returns for Standard Mylar Bags:

We accept returns for standard, non-custom Mylar bags.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return by following our official return process. Once approved, eligible items may be returned in accordance with the policy below.

No Returns on Custom Mylar Bags:

Custom or personalized Mylar bags are manufactured specifically according to your design, size, and specifications.

For this reason, all custom orders are final and non-refundable.
Returns or refunds for custom products are only accepted in the case of a verified manufacturing defect.

No Exchanges:

Mylar Hub does not offer product exchanges.

If your order qualifies for a return, you may follow the return process and place a new order if needed.

How to Initiate a Return:

Before returning any item, you must contact our customer support team to obtain return authorization.

  1. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted

  2. Return instructions will be provided once your request is approved

Return Shipping Responsibility:

Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping.

Please ensure all returned items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Mylar Hub is not responsible for items damaged during return shipping.

Currency & Refund Method:

All orders and refunds are processed in USD, GBP, AUD, or CAD, depending on the payment method used at checkout. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Condition of Returned Items:

Returned products must meet the following conditions:

  1. New, unused, and undamaged

  2. In original condition and packaging

  3. Free from signs of use, wear, or handling

 

Return Window:

You have 90 days from the date of delivery to request a return for eligible standard Mylar bags.

Return requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

 

Restocking Fees:

No restocking fees are charged for approved returns.

 

Refund Processing Time:

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 2 business days.
Please note that additional time may be required for the refund to reflect in your bank or payment account.
