Most custom Mylar bag orders are manufactured within 1–4 business days, depending on order complexity and quantity.

Expedited production services are available upon request.
Additional charges may apply based on order requirements and turnaround time.

 

Shipping Options

Mylar Hub offers free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.
There are no hidden or additional fees for standard domestic shipping.

 

Expedited Shipping

For time-sensitive orders, faster shipping options are available at an additional cost. Shipping rates and timelines will be provided at checkout or upon request.

Packaging & Quality Control

All orders are carefully inspected and securely packaged to minimize the risk of damage during transit.

Products requiring special handling receive additional protective packaging to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, or if your shipment does not arrive as expected, please contact our support team within 90 days of the delivery date.

When reaching out, please include:

  1. Your order number
  2. Clear photos and videos of the damaged product and packaging.

Once the issue is verified, Mylar Hub will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
